As a HighRoads invited guest, all Summit fees, including meals, special events and sessions associated with the event are paid for by HighRoads. Attendees are responsible for their own hotel & travel to the summit.

The cutoff date for hotel reservations at the conference rate is Tuesday, April 10 or when the reserved block of rooms sells out. Room rates are $219/night.
